The Annual General Meeting will provide all members with the opportunity to put forward ideas, views and suggestions for the strategy and direction of the Association in 2017. We will be discussing what IPFA has achieved over the last year and which regions we have identified as part of our on-going global strategy.

There are two vacancies to be filled on the Board. One of the vacancies has been specifically created as part of our Future Leaders Network (FLN) initiative and the other vacancy will suit someone in a senior, decision making role. Registration & Voting by Proxy
You can register your attendance to the AGM by clicking on the 'Register' button below.
If you are unable to attend or send a representative from your organisation, you will be able to email your votes or complete a proxy form enabling you to vote for the candidates you wish to see represented on the IPFA Board of Directors.
A notice has been sent to all member representatives asking them to vote for the candidates they would like to see on the Board. The person with the most votes for each vacancy will be appointed as a IPFA Non-Executive Director for three years at the AGM in London on 22 November.
We can only process one vote / proxy form per organisation. Any votes received after the closing time and date of Monday 21 November at 12pm (GST) will not count.

How to apply for a Board Vacancy
Although Members can put themselves forward prior to and at the AGM, the deadline to appear on the proxy form and member voting was 11 November. If you still wish to be nominated, please contact Daisy Brooker.
You will be required to clear your application through your immediate manager and check the compliance requirements with your firms Compliance Department before submission of your application through your organisation’s IPFA representative.
