In particular it will focus on the importance of a ‘bankable’ insurance programme for the structuring of EPC Contracts in project finance transactions, and the challenges to be faced in a default scenario of the EPC Contractor. Attendees will gain valuable insights from legal and financial experts in structuring project finance deals in Colombia and Latin America.
