Colombia has recently been experiencing an increase in the number and variety of infrastructure projects, fostered by the recent programs launched by the Colombian government and the current regional financial condition. With numerous projects ongoing, the scene is set for PPPs to come to the fore. This event will address the importance of dispute resolution clauses and the use of conflict resolution mechanisms such as Amicable Composition and Dispute Boards in project finance transactions. Attendees will gain an insight from the legal perspective of important litigation aspects in project finance deals in Colombia.
