Event Summary:

As public private partnerships for civil infrastructure projects mature in the United States, industry participants increasingly look to social infrastructure as the next frontier for alternative project delivery.  Universities, colleges and public agencies are faced with developing innovative solutions to address the demand for expanded and/or improved infrastructure to address their respective housing needs.  This session will explore how public private partnerships may be utilized to address the growing need for student and affordable housing through the perspective of various industry stakeholders.
