U.S. infrastructure at all levels is in need of significant new investment. With limited state and federal resources, certain municipal governments (cities, counties and other political subdivisions) have taken it upon themselves to find innovative ways to leverage their resources with other available tools, including public-private partnerships (P3s). This seminar will focus on P3s implemented by municipal entities and consider what elements are necessary for a successful municipal P3, the unique challenges they pose and potential developments over the coming years.
