Event Summary:

After years of focusing on construction risk for PPP projects in the US and witnessing multiple projects achieve construction completion, stakeholders are beginning to get comfortable with construction risk and are moving their focus to understanding and managing operations and maintenance more effectively.  This IPFA event will address the long-term O&M risk in PPP projects.  Panel participants will discuss the importance of addressing O&M risk during procurement, lessons learned, and risk transfer tools available in the market.
