The number of Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) projects are on the rise in Canada.  Inevitably disputes will arise.  Understanding P3 dispute resolution mechanisms is essential to ensure that the objectives of the project are not derailed when a dispute arises.  Attendees will gain valuable insights from individuals who have extensive experience with P3 projects and the dispute resolution processes specifically geared towards resolving conflicts within the partnership or the project, including innovative mechanisms such as adjudication.
