Event Summary:

Global investment in infrastructure is expected to grow from $4 trillion per year in 2012 to over $9 trillion per year by 2025, with the Asia-Pacific region attracting approximately 60% of this investment (PwC Asia Pacific Outlook to 2025). This session will analyse various aspects of the infrastructure industry such as:

-   The main trends developing throughout the year in the industry;
-   Key issues for both governments and private sector players in the procurement of infrastructure assets around the region;
-   Specific infrastructure requirements in different jurisdictions around Asia-Pacific and the main barriers to overcome in developing projects in these jurisdictions;
-   The various roles and responsibilities of investors, lenders, advisers (financial, legal, technical, etc) and multilateral agencies (amongst others) in infrastructure development in Asia-Pacific; and
