Event Summary:

With people in Australia facing housing stress every day and evidence that the provision of safe, secure and appropriate accommodation is not only essential in driving a broad range of social outcomes but also results in avoided costs for Government, there is no doubt that recent activity to address supply has been welcomed. But how has the transaction landscape evolved? And how is the market reacting to the change in emphasis from provision of assets to the provision of wider services, and the involvement in Government of more complex financial instruments not seen before in Australia within the sector?

A panel of legal, financial and commercial advisors will discuss the impact of this evolution on the changes in deal structure, and the resultant impact on bankability.
