Investment in transport projects continues to dominate the infrastructure agenda and NSW has been at the forefront with Sydney Metro, Sydney Light Rail and West Connex. Limited recourse project financing has been applied with the evolution of the Government SPV economic infrastructure model and further refinement of the PPP model. Peter Regan, CFO of TfNSW, will provide an update on developments, followed by a panel discussion exploring different financial perspectives.
