Infrastructure investment remains a key priority for higher living standards for both current and future New Zealanders. The Treasury PPP team has overseen the use of the PPP model in the corrections, education and transport sectors since 2010, with five projects having reached financial close and others currently in procurement or under consideration. The New Zealand Government’s Social Housing Reform Program will provide quality and affordable housing ensuring that those that are in need of housing are able to receive social services that meets their requirements.

Attendees will hear the latest market updates from the New Zealand Treasury PPP and Social Housing Transactions units and this will be followed by an interactive panel session.
