Event Summary:

As PPPs are taking shape across the region, in different countries with different regulatory frameworks, and with pipelines that are developed at country level, our panel will discuss the lessons that should be shared from elsewhere around the world where new legal frameworks are in place for PPPs:

- What markets/sectors are best to start with as countries develop PPPs.
- Where the focus should be when PPPs are brought to market; especially given that the need for financing far outweighs the financing available.
- What are the challenges of managing sovereign debt.
