Event Summary:

Brexit is coming… or isn’t it? How will the project finance sector deal with this new political risk in the interim and what about the legal and economic impact going forward? Access to the single market, the choice of English law and English courts, the City as knowledge center and gateway to Europe are under stress. The legal implications of Brexit for governments, sponsors, contractors and financiers involved in major projects have become a consideration in upcoming deals.

The seminar will discuss the latest developments and their impact on current negotiations and existing projects. Through a mixture of presentations and (panel) discussions it aims to provide a useful platform for exchanging views and best practices. Participants will be encouraged to interact and exchange views.
