Event Summary:

Successful investment in large public and renewable infrastructure is not only about finance. One needs to understand several aspects of the dynamics of relationships between the parties and the challenges parties are facing. Without a thorough knowledge of the drivers behind the behaviour of the stakeholders, a project will face failure, even if the financial side of things is well set-up. In this session, we will focus on the ‘other things’ than finance to bring a project to a successful life cycle completion. The focus will be on the relationship between public and private partners, the impact of changing regulation and risks and challenges ‘behind the curtain’.
The format of this event will be more informal than usual since it is tailored for the future leaders in the business. There will be 6 tables, each with a topic and a chairman and the attendees will be required to express their first table preference when registering for this event. After approx. 30 minutes, the attendees will be able to swap table and attend another one, 3 tables in total. This event will be followed by drinks as usual where both the attendees and the chairmen can continue discussions.

Please note that this event was previously scheduled to take place on 22nd March.
