In strong contrast to the Dutch market, the supply of PPP projects in Belgium has slowed down considerably in the past few years. In this seminar we will explore the current state and prospects of the PPP market in Belgium in view of authorities adjusting their approaches and structures in light of Eurostat developments, evolving financial markets, new EU procurement legislation and the Juncker fund. The event will also address what is happening in secondary markets and discuss the opportunities (and pitfalls) in debt refinancing.
