On April 18 the new German procurement legislation has come into force. The EU-procurement directives 2014/23, 24, and 25/EU have been implemented into German law by revision of the Act against restraints of competition (GWB), the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV) and the Procurement Regulations for Public Works (VOB/A-EU).
This event will provide a useful platform for exchanging views regarding the latest procurement law modernisation: The seminar will provide an overview of the new provisions, concentrate on the key changes in the German procurement legislation and identify first practical experiences with the new law and remaining tasks for the legislator. The seminar will be based on a mixture of presentations and discussions, and will include a panel discussion. Participants will be encouraged to interact and exchange views.
