Liquidity in the market has resulted in an increasing number of funds specialised in infrastructure projects. As part of this trend the Spanish market has seen the recent entrance of international funds investing in Spanish projects, both in the debt and the equity sides. In addition, Spanish top construction/PPP companies are used to transfer mature projects, once in operation, as part of their capital cycle allowing them to invest in new projects. The combination of both elements is a very active infrastructure market. This event will focus in analysing the recent experiences of infrastructure projects in Spain which have been financed, restructured or transferred with a significant participation of international funds. This seminar will gather a prime selection of market practitioners from the funds, financial, legal and industrial fields.
