Topics of discussion will include various aspects of successful closure of a PPP project in the energy-from-waste sector in Poland. The discussion encumber legal, tax, business and financial aspects of project. Led by industry professionals with extensive backgrounds in energy-from-waste sector, the seminar will include representatives from law firm, sponsors, bidders and financial institutions engaged in energy-from-waste projects.
