The aim of this event is to explore how best to prepare bankable PPP projects in Poland that can be supported by International Finance Institutions (such as EIB Juncker Plan funding). How PPP projects should be structured and what needs to change in order for these to come to market more quickly and successfully will be discussed as well as the specific need for highways maintenance PPP in Poland.
