New Regulations – New Possibilities?
The Finnish natural gas markets are changing and a committee has been drafting a new Natural Gas Market Act to confirm to the upcoming changes. Also the Finnish electricity and natural gas markets have been given new regulatory methods for calculating the regulated rate of return by the Finnish Energy Authority. In the light of these forthcoming new regulatory changes and changes that are already in force, the Finnish energy markets are faced with new challenges and new opportunities. The Swedish electricity markets have also been under regulatory changes in 2015 and the legislation has been changed due to recent court cases. Participate in this interesting seminar to find out how have these regulatory changes effected the Swedish electricity markets and what is the estimate on how will the changes affect the Finnish electricity markets and what are the developments in the Finnish gas markets.
