2014/2015 is an important year for Scotland's hub Programme with over [30] DBFM projects scheduled to reach financial close. With 4 projects closed by the end of 2013, many more at an advanced stage of development and funders provisionally appointed for each of the 5 hub Territories, it is a good time to reflect on the experience learned to date and share best practice.
