With the Scottish Government due to announce details of the £1bn pipeline of NPD projects in the Draft Budget,  the outlook is  positive for Scottish infrastructure.  Market experts will lead discussions on the infrastructure and development pipeline in Scotland, how proposed devolution may impact the projects going forward and what positive lessons can be learned from recent deals, that can be applied to the new pipeline of projects.
