This IPFA evening event, hosted by Shepherd and Wedderburn and supported by the Scottish Futures Trust will focus on the anatomy of a single Megaproject, financed and delivered under an innovative single-asset Regulated Asset Base (RAB) arrangement. We will start with an overview of changing regulatory environment that the water industry is operating in the UK from Shepherd and Wedderburn and then focus on the project, with an insider's view of the structuring, financing and engineering this £4bn, 25km tunnel under central London from Mike Gerrard, who recently stood down as its Managing Director after leading the project from inception to successful financing. There will be time for in-depth questions and discussion followed by drinks kindly hosted by Shepherd and Wedderburn.
