- Are costs falling rapidly enough to enable onshore wind and solar in Europe to be subsidy free during the 2020s? Is the huge forecasted boom in rooftop solar really achievable or desirable?
- In the UK new offshore wind investment is forecast to reach a $100bn by 2030 but will the auction process for the CFD FIT constrained by the Levy Control Framework be sufficient for the level of build out currently anticipated?
