Event Summary:

Opportunities for the Next Generation’s Infrastructure Leaders – New Focus on Trade and Investment?

The pro-Brexit vote of early summer has created a unique set of challenges and potential opportunities for the UK Infrastructure sector.

The challenges and opportunities are likely to impact not just upon our current generation of Infrastructure leaders, but also upon the next generation of leaders too.

If the Brexit process is the D-I-V-O-R-C-E, when will it be time for the UK the get back in the international market and start dating again?

This session, post Autumn Statement, will examine the potential role of inbound and outboard infrastructure trade and investment in the process, considering the impact of the Autumn Statement, forthcoming engagement with the EU and the role of a “free and single” UK on the world stage.

The session will aim to consider whether recent events can lead to greater opportunities, more jobs and greater opportunities for the industry?  How will the World’s infrastructure market view the UK?
