In the last decade, the size of project finance transactions has increased beyond all expectation, reaching a staggering all-in cost of USD 40 billion for a single transaction at the end of 2012. This session, aimed predominantly at those that have been in the project finance industry for less than ten years, will look at some of the biggest deals ever financed on a project finance basis, and ask the question "how big is too big?".
