An independent review into contestability for investment and delivery of infrastructure projects in the UK rail industry
Professor Peter Hansford of University College London has been commissioned by Network Rail to undertake an independent review of contestability in the UK rail market.
The Review consultees represent a broad spectrum from the railway industry including industry bodies, government organisations, the finance market, suppliers and operators.
You are invited to join a discussion with a cross-section of the Rail Industry and external parties; the discussion will focus on the emerging hypotheses of the Review and delegates will be invited to join the debate. Views may be captured by the Review Team, but will be anonymised prior to use or publication.
