The PFI/PPP secondary market has been an extremely active sector over the past few years. With a limited PPP/PF2 pipeline in the UK (the world’s largest PPP market), the session will cover the issues this is creating for the secondary market such as a scarcity of transactions with an increasing appetite from investors. The session will also consider current issues for investors in PPP/PF2 such as termination, refinancing, valuation, and the public sector’s increasing appetite to make savings from these contracts​.
