Asia is projected to receive more than US$3 trillion of infrastructure investments by 2030. With the growth, there will be a proportionate increase in demand for processes that enable disputes to be quickly, cheaply, and effectively resolved. This panel discussion will involve some of the leading infrastructure dispute experts in the region as they explore the pros and cons of existing processes such as mediation and arbitration, discuss the trends in infrastructure dispute resolution, and predict what future dispute resolution is likely to look like by 2030.
