IPFA UK: London: Credit Insurance - An Integral Tool for PF Lenders

Can the Credit Insurance market provide a reliable distribution option for Project Finance lenders?

Credit Insurance policies, if drafted correctly, can provide banks with regulatory capital relief and a silent solution to distribute their transactions, thus maximising their participations. However, there are a lot of misconceptions related to Credit Insurance and we will look to demystify the product and explain how it can prove a vital tool in a bank’s distribution strategy. Attendees will gain valuable insights from industry specialists including, all of whom are experienced in structuring Credit Insurance policies for PF transactions.
