IPFA Asia: Jakarta: Modernising PPP procurement in Indonesia - The New Procurement Regulation and Model Bid Documents
The Indonesian Government’s infrastructure plan targeted 33% of infrastructure investment to be financed by the private sector. This requires an efficient system for preparing and procuring PPPs which attracts both Indonesian and international bidders. The Indonesian National Procurement Agency (LKPP) has been developing a new PPP procurement regulation and model bid documents for selected sectors, intended to help contracting agencies secure value for money from a competitive process. These will be published over the next few months. This meeting is an opportunity for LKPP to share its proposals and receive feedback from the market before they are finalized. Key discussion topics will include the revised procurement process and the standard PPP contract terms. The event is hosted by PwC which has been supporting LKPP.
