IPFA South Africa: Johannesburg: The Role of PPPs in the Development of South Africa
As South Africa continues to push for growth and development, investment in infrastructure is key for success. Based on projects currently at planning stage, PPP transactions are expected to increase from ZAR 5 billion in 2017/18 to ZAR 6.4 billion in 2020/21. We will examine the role of PPPs in the development of South Africa and key steps for increasing their chance of success. Attendees will gain valuable insights on global trends in PPP project preparation and bankability, and will have an opportunity to discuss the subject with a panel of local and international experts.
