Board Nominations
There are two vacancies to join the IPFA Board as a non-executive Director for a three year term. Please visit the link below to see a list of members who have been nominated by their organisation to join the IPFA Board.

IPFA AGM 2018 – Board Nominations

Each member will have the opportunity to vote for the candidates they would like to be elected or appoint the IPFA Chairman, Geoff Haley, to do so (via the proxy form). Each member can choose TWO candidates and the two candidates with the most votes will be appointed at the AGM.

Registration & Voting by Proxy
You can register your attendance to the AGM by clicking on the 'Register' button below.

If you are unable to attend or send a representative from your organisation, you will be able to email your votes or complete a proxy form enabling you to vote for the candidates you wish to see represented on the IPFA Board.

An email notice containing a proxy form has now been sent to all member representatives, which outlines the voting process.

Member organisations can only vote once and can only accept one proxy form.

For further information and to identify your organisation's member representative, please contact us.

How to apply for a Board Vacancy
Although Members can put themselves forward prior to and at the AGM, the deadline to appear on the proxy form and member voting was 7 November. If you still wish to be nominated, please contact Madeline Lowe madeline.lowe@ipfa.org.

Please ensure you have read the candidate information pack before putting forward any nominations.

This event will take place before the IPFA UK: London: Infratech - The Brave New World of Infrastructure?

The digital transformation of infrastructure through technology is giving us all an excellent opportunity to consider alternative solutions to today’s problems with infrastructure. We will be asking what opportunities are there for investors to create truly future proof cities and by that investments with long term revenues. Investors, tech companies and thought leaders will challenge us all to think about:

- The critical role of data;
- Enhanced connectivity (fibre and beyond);
- The requirement for collaborative approaches between traditional infrastructure players and tech companies;
- The risks and opportunities for investors.
