Digital disruption is forcing industries with staid business models to rethink.  What are the implications for the infrastructure sector when tech-led start-ups – Hyperloop, Sidewalk Labs, Waymo – challenge convention?  How can governments and public infrastructure providers play a role in regulating, enabling and taking advantage of technological advances?  Are public procurement processes able to accommodate real innovation?  Which parts of the infrastructure lifecycle will be commoditized by process automation?  A panel of industry leaders will discuss how infrastructure may be transformed by innovation and how incumbent buyers and sellers might change to remain relevant and competitive.
