Illinois scored a mediocre C- on the American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) 2018 annual report card. With the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois facing a challenging fiscal environment, P3 and alternative contracting methods will have to play a substantial role in infrastructure renewal efforts.  A number of state and municipal organizations such as Chicago Infrastructure Trust and Illinois Department of Transportation are leading the charge on innovative infrastructure delivery. Please join us as our panel discusses prior challenges, lessons learned and what’s in store 2019 and beyond for the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois.
