Event Summary:

IPFA Europe: Brussels FLN: Public and Private Views on Off Balance Principles and Flemish Schools PPP Programmes

TO REGISTER: please scroll down to the bottom of this webpage and click 'Book'

This FLN event is the opportunity for IPFA’s junior members, our next generation leaders, to participate in the discussion of two hot topics in the Belgian PPP market: the off-balance principles and their importance in structuring a PPP in Belgium, as well as a comparison between the first and the second program of the Flemish schools PPP.

The discussions will take the format of a speed dating where each junior member will join a discussion table for each time 20 minutes and swing afterwards to each other discussion table. Several tables will treat the same topic, but with different points of view: public sector or private sector.

These speed dating sessions will be followed by a short panel discussion where public and private views will be confronted.

This is a unique event for junior members to hear and confront different point of views on a same topic.

The speed dating and panel discussion will be followed by a drink, enabling our junior members to interact together.

The agenda for this event will be announced shortly.
