Event Summary:

IPFA Europe: Brussels FLN: Public and Private Views on Off Balance Principles and Flemish Schools PPP Programmes

This FLN event is an opportunity for IPFA’s junior members, our next generation leaders, to participate in the discussion of two hot topics in the Belgian PPP market: the off-balance principles and their importance in structuring a PPP in Belgium, as well as a comparison between the first and the second program of the Flemish schools PPP.

The discussions will take the format of a speed dating session where each junior member will join a discussion table for 20 minutes each and then swap to the next table. Some tables will share the same topic but with different points of view: public and private sector.

These speed dating sessions will be followed by a short panel discussion where public and private views will be confronted.

This is a unique event for junior members to hear and share different point of views on a same topic.

The speed dating and panel discussion will be followed by drinks, enabling our junior members to network.
