Scope Ratings and invited panelists will provide a fresh perspective to the importance of understanding the characteristics of project finance recoveries and how they crystallize in extreme unexpected events (black swans). A sound analytical framework is necessary in order to correctly assess the exposure and the expected loss from such investments.
