IPFA UK: Edinburgh: Revolutionising the Rail Industry in Scotland

Things are changing in the Rail Industry and nowhere is this clearer than in Scotland. Moving towards better collaboration between the funders, users, Network Rail as infrastructure managers, the train operating companies and the freight operating companies, Scotland is starting to show the way with a new collaborative, devolved model of integrating rail travel with the local economy to generate growth. Listen to key stakeholders as they discuss how this operating model is working and how the rest of the UK can benefit from what has been learned so far in order to deliver a rail service the country requires and deserves.
