TO REGISTER: please click 'Book' at the top or bottom of the page.

Renewable Project Financings continue to be hot in Canada and the US both in the primary and secondary markets. This event will address the commonalities and differences between financing Renewable Projects in the US and Canada, with an emphasis on the specific financing techniques and solutions most commonly employed in each jurisdiction.

Attendees will learn about tax equity structures commonly employed in the US and the debt, private placement and public bond solutions used across the Canadian provinces for renewable projects. Commentary on how these structures differ from P3 and Infrastructure financing solutions will be addressed and our experts will also look into their crystal balls to address what to expect in the near future for North American Renewable project financings in general.

This discussion, led by Mazars USA LLP and Torys LLP, is sure to be a benefit to professionals, developers, sponsors,  lenders, government authorities and anyone else interested in the North American renewable market.
