IPFA Australia: Sydney FLN: Authentic Leadership
The topic for the evening will be Authentic Leadership, an area which is receiving greater attention in recent times, particularly in the context of culture, integrity and leadership style. While law makers and regulators have looked to address situations where these standards fall short, there are often deeper issues which must be addressed by the leaders themselves.
Good leaders - those who lead with purpose, values and integrity - are now in high demand. Authenticity is the most effective and sustainable way to be a “good” leader and inspire a culture that is founded on these three key components.
Join your fellow Future Leaders for a casual night of networking while enjoying drink and canapés, kindly hosted by National Australia Bank and the IPFA Australian FLN Committee.
