This seminar will address how Project Ireland 2040 is progressing. It will focus on:
• National Planning Framework – Does it work?
• NDP and Funding of Infrastructure – Where is the cash?
• Delivery of Strategic Infrastructure Developments- trends and forecast activity, proposed review – streamlining pre-applications process, oral hearing, legislative amendments (for Department to consider)
• Strategic Housing Development – How to make it work
The panel will provide insights and updates on key infrastructure projects they are involved in, and some lessons learnt.
