Please join us for a breakfast seminar to discuss the state of the project finance market for renewable energy. We are very pleased to welcome George Pataki, 53rd Governor of New York State, as our keynote speaker. Hear from leading market participants representing lenders, sponsors, developers and legal counsel. Key topics will include: how are projects being financed? What is the availability of capital, and what are the various sources of that capital? What structures are being utilized? What will be the effects of changes to the current tax regime? We will also discuss the convergence of the communications infrastructure sector (telecom, data centers) and renewable energy.
