The Constitutional Court ruling on water resources law in 2013 has somewhat changed how water project is structured. While the Constitutional Court ruling was thought to have add another obstacle to already struggling industry, we have witnessed the growth in water sector with at least two water PPP projects with total capacity of circa 4,750 litre per second and project cost estimated at USD300 million achieved financial close and more projects, either at preparation or tender stage, coming to the market.
This session will look at what are the challenges, how the key players adapted to the challenges, and provide onward looking of the water project financings.
The full agenda will be announced shortly.
