IPFA Australia: Melbourne: Future Cities – Convergence of Real Estate and Infrastructure

With major infrastructure investment continuing apace in Australia, the convergence of real estate and infrastructure remains a key theme for governments, developers, financiers and investors, particularly in transport, education and health. We have good examples of Melbourne Metro with station developments and Melbourne Connect with education. This event will identify and discuss the opportunities and implications for stakeholders in this space as well as look at how current trends are shaping the future, drawing on the lessons learned from our industry experts.
