IPFA Australia: Sydney: "Core Plus" Infrastructure

This event is currently fully booked, if you would like to be added to our waitlist, please contact our events team e:connect@ipfa.org

With an excess of investment funds chasing a shortage of traditional infrastructure opportunities and a consequent compression in equity yields, traditional infra investors are increasingly looking to “Core Plus” assets.  These include things like data centres, metering businesses, land registries and student accommodation.

Associated with this is a move by private equity houses into the infrastructure space further blurring the line between traditional infrastructure and private equity. So what is Core Plus Infrastructure (and is it even a useful categorisation)?  Who invests in it?  Who banks it?

This event will bring together a panel of investors, lenders and advisors to debate and discuss these issues.
