IPFA Australia: Sydney FLN: Student Accommodation Site Visit

In recent years, an increased number of student accommodation projects have come to market, due to soaring demand across Australia. Changes in the property market, increased student mobility and strong demand for Australian universities are key factors in this ongoing trend.

IPFA’s first FLN event for 2020 will be a site visit to the Sydney University Village (SUV) to gain an insight into the operations of a student accommodation facility and discuss the changes observed over the years.

SUV, which is located at one of Australia’s top universities, is comprised of 10 facilities that provide accommodation for 650 postgraduate and undergraduate students. The project has been operating for over 15 years under a concession agreement that expires in 2042.

As numbers are limited, we are only able to offer one space per organisation on a first come first served basis. We will also be holding further site visits throughout the year.
