COVID19AID: Key Infrastructure Priorities for Emerging Economies

Stimulus packages totalling US$250bn have recently been announced by the major multilateral development banks to re-stimulate emerging economies. But what is the role of infrastructure in providing a road to recovery post COVID-19?

Through this interactive webinar, the World Bank and EBRD invite you to submit responses on how COVID-19 will change the prioritisation of infrastructure needs in emerging economies, the role of infrastructure, and how the MDBs should be focusing their stimulus packages.

Panellists:

- Moderator: Julia Prescot, Chief Strategy Officer, Meridiam

- Imad Fakhoury, Director, Infrastructure Finance, PPPs & Guarantees, World Bank Group

- Nadia Nikolova, Director, Alternative Investments, Allianz Global Investors

- John Seed, Head, Sustainable Infrastructure Policy Unit, EBRD
