Impact of COVID-19 on PFI/PF2 Contracts – Supplier Relief & Practical Responses

COVID-19 has had a huge impact around the world and has highlighted the importance of keeping our critical PFI/PF2 assets operational during this emergency.

Following the UK Cabinet Offices’ Procurement Policy Note, providing guidance to contracting authorities on supplier relief due to COVID-19, the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) issued further guidance supporting these vital services relating specifically to PFI/PF2 contracts.

During this webinar we are delighted to team up with IPA, along with a panel of experts, to discuss their experiences and current challenges on the ground.

Speakers:

-Mark Richards, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Moderator)
-Jo Fox, Infrastructure and Projects Authority
-Darryl Murphy, Aviva Investors
-Gary McCarthy, WSP
-Stewart Orrell, InfraRed Capital
