The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will provide members with the opportunity to put forward ideas, views and suggestions for the strategy and direction of the association in 2021. It will take place virtually, on Zoom.

Registrations & Voting by Proxy

You can register to attend the virtual AGM by clicking on the 'Register' button below.

The main representative from all member organisations has been sent a Proxy Form to enable them to vote for the Resolutions tabled at the AGM and for the candidates you wish to see represented on the IPFA Board of Directors, or to appoint the Chair to act on your behalf. All voting will take place in advance. Voting is available to all Members (including Honorary Members). We encourage members to read the related AGM documents (below) before voting.
