Registrations & Voting by Proxy

You can register to attend the virtual AGM by clicking on the 'Register' button below.

The main representative from all member organisations has been sent a Proxy Form to enable them to vote for the Resolutions tabled at the AGM and for the candidates you wish to see represented on the IPFA Board of Directors, or to appoint the Chair to act on your behalf. All voting will take place in advance. Voting is available to all Members (including Honorary Members). We encourage members to read the related AGM documents (below) before voting.

This AGM will be run using a service provided by Zoom. The use of the software downloaded through the Zoom site is done so at your own discretion and risk.

Upon joining the live session, your display name will be visible to other attendees. Attendance using video cameras is requested. 

Please note that, following your registration, your details entered on the next page will be used to create your individual account for ipfa.org (unless you have one already), where you can log in to manage the information that we hold for you.

All IPFA activities are held under Chatham House Rule.
