Event Summary:

UK Energy Security Through New Nuclear Investment

Join us in person as we open a discussion on meeting the Energy Security Strategy and its shared challenges needed to deliver the UK's ambition of 24 GW of new nuclear new build by 2050.  Ensuring equal access to climate finance for nuclear alongside other low-carbon energy sources is central to driving sustained investment from institutional and retail investors committed to financing green finance-aligned economic activities.

How does the UK support a financial system that leverages private investment to meet the objectives of the British Energy Security Strategy and reduce our reliance on imported fossil fuels as part of a smooth energy transition? Our panel of industry experts gives their views on the shared challenges and the long-term policy and technological solutions.
